The New OSMC South facility opened its doors April 30th, 2007. The office is located at 3000 N. Main St. ( SR19) in Nappanee.

OSMC South is a combination of the offices that were located in Wakarusa and Nappanee. Services provided will include physical and hand therapy along with physician care.

OSMC is the area’s leading center for comprehensive musculosketal diagnosis, surgery and therapy care. Its main office is at 2310 California Rd and maintains two additional offices including OSMC East located in Middlebury and the new OSMC South located in Nappanee. It has 12 physicians on staff, specializing in all areas of orthopedic care.

OSMC’s services are organized in several divisions: The Hand Institute, Center for Sports Medicine, Knee and Hip Center, Foot and Ankle Center, Work Injury Care Center and the Pain Management Center.
